Who we are

Chattanooga Roll-Off Finder ("we," "us") operates this website as an independent marketing and referral service for dumpster rental in the Chattanooga, TN area. We are not a hauler or contractor.

What we collect

When you use our calculator and contact form, we collect the project details you provide (project type, debris/material, volume/scope, rental duration, placement location, ZIP/city, date needed), and the contact information you provide (name, phone, and/or email, and any notes you add).

How we use it

We use your submission to generate a size/price estimate and, only if you check the box authorizing it, to share your project and contact details with an independent local provider so they can contact you with a quote.

Text message (SMS) consent is separate and optional

We offer two SEPARATE, OPTIONAL, unchecked-by-default text message choices: (1) quote/project update texts about your specific submitted project, and (2) general marketing texts about offers or services. Neither is required to submit the calculator or get an estimate. SMS opt-in information is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. It is used only for the purpose you opted into.

Referral sharing is not SMS marketing

Authorizing us to share your project with a matched local provider (so they can fulfill your request) is a separate choice from SMS marketing consent. We do not sell contact information to unrelated third parties.

Data retention & security

Submitted project and contact data is stored in a durable database and is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to an authenticated admin export path (see our operational documentation) — we do not publish or expose homeowner personal information.

Your choices

You may request that we delete your submitted information by contacting us via the Contact page. You can decline both optional SMS choices and still receive your size/price estimate and, if authorized, a referral.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. The version and date are noted at the top of this page.
